YoungJu Kim is an artist and illustrator based in Savannah, GA. She earned her graduate degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. Her images are usually executed in gouache on wood and use the wood grain as an element of the composition. YoungJu’s paintings evoke a sensitive, unique dream-like mood.
Her illustrations were featured in Illustration West/ Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, 3×3 Magazine Annual, CMYK, Creative Quarterly, What’s up Annapolis, Savannah College of Art and Design, Godley Station School, DeepKids and so on.
